The flight attendants are the best. The food is really good. However, those godawful seats. You cannot look out the window but if you pick the wrong side, you can spend your time looking at people's feet with ease. Their ATL to MAN is the orphan child of the bunch. orlando to manchester does have the A350. Virgin has a new product for the trip to London. The entertainment is poor. Their choice of movies is inferior to most other airlines. I want to end on a high note. LOVE VA's cabin crew. Friendly and efficient. Though the overnight flight they cannot wait to get the lights off so they can all retire to the galley. Much better on the daytime flight from MAN to ATL.

Can seniors take the toboggan? And could you adjust and no it or your own speed?

This is without a doubt the best Delta SkyClub and is the best lounge I have ever been to for any airline.

Is the WiFi free for the business class?

I did expect something better than ramen noodle for the 2nd meal... That's a big let-down for me! Except from that, other service was brilliant.

Just flew on mar 22, 2024 on QA707 from Doha to IAD and had the best business class experience seved by a young Indian pursor and another young Asian Pursor with remarkable patience and speedy service. It made my flight easier. I will definitely fly again with Qatar and recommend them too❤

I just flew in from mumbai to Dulles on fri 3/21 on flight QA707 and had the most amazing crew on the business class. There was a very helpful indian guy and another Asian man and always came at once when we rang the bell and always happy to serve me. I am so grateful to this fantastic crew that I will definitely recommend and also fly this airline again and the cuisine was so delicious with so many choices. Way to go Qatar❤🙏🙏🙏

It's totally a mess. Give yourself an hour AFTER getting through security. The walk to the gate can take 20 minutes. They tell you it's your responsibility that they don't inform you of walking distances and times to gates. Praying for thelderly, infirm , people that can't walk fast...multi-billion dollar mess...

Make sure your Virgin flight is not an old Airbus A330-300. Get the new Airbus 900 - business class is night and when compared.

The business class on this plane is a joke. I flew it from LHR back to Boston. You literally have 50% of the room that you have on the new airbus 900 Neostar that I took from Boston to London.

My only issue with the IAH Polaris Lounge is that there is not enough casual seating for couples traveling together. I would love it if they added ‘pod’ seating that consisted of a small sofa and two tables.

It’s a dreadful outdated seat. Virgin is saved by its decent menu and fantastic flight attendants. Manchester though has always been the orphan child in terms of quality seating. It’s all funneled to London.

Is this also the KLM lounge?

Couple of comments. 1. If youre on a red eye…you dont need a window; 2. How are you going to get your bed made up if you dont get off your seat. Personally i feel there are no issues.

Yikes… no window view, likely can spill a drink, can’t make your own bed, IFE sticking out above the trey table….not a very throughout design imho.

Good review! The desert cart was a nice touch. When I visited, it wasn't dessert, but lasagna and hot wine (gluhwein or vin chaud). An interesting combination but still very good and a nice touch.

I agree with the storage...there's really nowhere to put anything. I think the main point of the sliding partition is to provide privacy for your head when sleeping. I was told by an attendant that one of the main complaints of reverse herringbone seats is being disturbed by people passing in the aisle.
